Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Softnivo IT Solutions' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Softnivo IT Solutions provides web development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, and related IT services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.

3. Project Agreements

Each project will be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement that outlines deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and other project-specific details.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Payments are due as specified in the project agreement
• Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge
• Work may be paused for overdue payments
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code and designs created specifically for your project will be transferred to you. Pre-existing code, frameworks, and third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Softnivo IT Solutions' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client will pay for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
